How it works?
Norton Automatic Renewal Service is available to all customers who purchase eligible Norton products online. You may check whether you are signed-up for Norton Automatic Renewal Service at any time by logging into your Norton Account.
Once registered, Norton Automatic Renewal Service keeps you continuously protected by conveniently billing the credit or debit card on file in your Norton Account before your subscription expires. Shortly before your product subscription expires and before any payment is billed, you will receive an email notification to alert you that your product subscription will be automatically renewed for another year of coverage. You will be charged the then current renewal subscription fee (plus applicable taxes). You may cancel your enrollment in the Norton Automatic Renewal Service at any time.

How to check if I am signed-up for Norton Automatic Renewal Service?
You may check whether you are signed-up for Norton Automatic Renewal Service at any time by logging into your Norton Account. Click the Automatic Renewal option on the top menu to view whether any of your Norton products are registered in the Norton Automatic Renewal Service. If you do not see the Automatic Renewal tab option then you do not have any products registered in the Norton Automatic Renewal service for this account.

How to update my product with new product features and improvements?
You are entitled to the latest features and performance improvements in the newest version of your Norton product, during your service period. Check for free updates to your product at the Norton Update Center.

How to cancel Norton Automatic Renewal Service?
You may cancel your registration in the Norton Automatic Renewal Service at any time.
Once you have signed-in to your Norton Account, navigate to the Automatic Renewal page. Uncheck the check box for the Norton product in which you wish to disable Automatic Renewal. Click on the Update button. Turning off the auto-renewal feature may leave you unprotected from dangerous online threats unless you renew your subscription manually. You can renew your subscription manually by following the renewal prompts provided by the product.
