August 18, 2009 -“Plain and simple,the most useful software I've ever purchased.Although there's some decent security freeware available(and i tried more than one),spend the money and enjoy the peace of mind.Norton might seem pricey,but I do a lot of file sharing and downloading and haven't once been infected.Tech support is always simple and painless(although occasionally time consuming)and depending on your program settings,updates are automatic.It uses very little resources and you won't even know it's running.Also,thankfully,you don't have to be a computer geek to set it up.It virtually does it for you and if you have a question,the answer is readily available on the Symantec site or through tech support. (No,I'm not on commission.I just love it)”

It works quietly in the background and uses very little of the system resources and gives a high level of protection. This is one product that does what it says on the box.”

I loaded the CD into my son's computer too. Where it did seem to have problems in his, the support team was a really big help. They not only walk you through the steps, but can fix problem areas for you remotely on your computer. So I am giving this Norton product an A+ or Excellent. I'll purchase the 2010 3 in 1 and load it into my laptop too. 3 for the price of 1 is a great deal.”
