When TDXNet was spun off from TDX in 2003, it faced a number of daunting challenges. TDX’s IT infrastructure was not centrally managed or standardized. Spam volume drained productivity by consuming employee and IT staff time. Working with Symantec Gold Partner Advanced Internet Security Inc., the IT team at TDXNet moved aggressively to transform its infrastructure. Security, data protection, and disaster recovery solutions from Symantec are projected to deliver business value of more than $2.6 million from 2009-2011, according to a Business Value Analysis study by The Alchemy Solutions Group.
