How to Apply

We have simplified our application process for 2009 / 2010 and will accept application that comply with he following instructions:

• Email Application – to apply for a Graduate or Internship position at Symantec in EMEA please send your CV to EMEA_Graduates@symantec.com. In the email please clearly include the following information
  - Which country you would like to work in (in the Subject) - Which University you are studying at or have studied at
  - Which subject your degree was in
  - When you graduated or when you expect to graduate
  - What grade you are expecting
  - Which Department you wish to work in at Symantec
  
• Selection - The Symantec Graduate Recruiting team will review your resume against job requirements. If selected, you will be contacted by a Recruiter who will gather more information about your qualifications.
• Interview - If selected, you will be contacted by a Recruiter to make the necessary arrangements for an initial telephone interview and follow-up face-to-face interviews and assessment centres.
• Employment Application - In certain countries, Symantec will require applicants to complete and sign an employment application. This process is initiated with the scheduling of the first interview.
• Reference Checks and Background Verification Process - - In certain countries, Symantec conducts reference checks and background verification as part of the employment process, these will include full academic verification.
• Job Offer - If selected for the position you will be contacted by the Recruiter to discuss the terms of your offer and start date. We expect to conduct the majority of interviews and assessment centres and then make the majority of Job Offer to successful applicants from January 2010. We expect most people will start their employment in August or September 2010.
