Internship & Placement Opportunities

Challenge your knowledge and apply what you’ve learned in the classroom as an Intern or on Placement here at Symantec. An internship at Symantec offers a valuable opportunity to work on one or two projects over a short time frame, and help you get the experience a large company while still in university. Whereas a Placement will allow you to work for up to a year (maybe more in some countries) as a valuable member of a department’s workforce.

You've been learning theories and methodologies in the classroom. Now is the time to challenge your knowledge. And there's no better place than Symantec. An internship or placement at Symantec offers unique and invaluable experience to help accelerate your career while still in university.

This year internships and placements are available within our Enterprise Vault Engineering and Corporate Marketing departments in the UK as well as within our Shared Services R&D Division in Poland . This year the Symantec EMEA placements will run for 9 – 12 months.

To qualify for an internship or placement with Symantec you will need to be an active student (graduate or undergraduate) who is pursuing an education with an accredited college or university in a degree program relevant to Symantec's business.
