Anti-Bullying Week
Symantec is pleased to support Anti-Bullying Week 2009, run by the Anti-Bullying Alliance and supported by the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF). This year's Anti-Bullying Week campaign is ‘Stay safe in Cyberspace’. The focus will be on cyberbullying – using technology, particularly the internet and mobile phones, to deliberately upset someone else. Cyberbullying can be hard for parents to deal with, as often it’s not something they will have experienced themselves. Here Caroline Cockerill gives advice to parents on how to spot whether your child is being cyberbullied and what to do about it. |
