Step 1
Please read this section first

You may NOT use the product return form in STEP 3 to return your product if:
  • You have purchased a Small Business multi-user pack that is NOT Norton branded.
    This product is not refundable and is not included in our 60 day guarantee.
  • You have purchased a volume licensed Enterprise product.
    This product is not refundable and is not included in our 60 day guarantee.
  • You are a reseller or dealer.
    Contact your distributor.
  • You purchased your product from the Symantec Store online.
    Go to the Symantec Store returns.
  • You want a refund for your subscription.
    Learn how to cancel your subscription.

Step 2
Gather the following items

Please do not staple or tape your submission items together.
  • The product return form completed and signed. You can print the return form in STEP 3.
  • Your product CD with the envelope that it came in.
    Please do not send the original Symantec box, packaging, or manual.
  • A copy of your original receipt on an 8 1/2 x 11 inch piece of paper.
    Send only a copy of your original receipt. Do not send a copy of your credit card statement.

Step 3
Print the product return form and send the materials to Symantec

  1. To receive a refund, you must print, complete, and sign our product return form.
  2. After you have gathered the items listed in STEP 2 and you have printed, completed and signed the product return form, send everything to Symantec.

    Please allow six weeks for the refund to be processed.
Important license notice
In accordance with the license agreement, after you receive your refund you must delete all program files for the product that you return.
