Platinum

Symantec Platinum Partners deliver the highest value to their customers and demonstrate expertise in multiple Symantec solution sets, consistently achieving revenue targets and attaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Via a powerful alliance, Symantec provides Platinum Partners the richest benefits, including extensive access to marketing, sales, and technical resources, with an additional focus on joint planning and the development of mutually beneficial customer relationships.

Gold

Symantec Gold Partners are experts in delivering Symantec solutions to their customers and have a high measurable level of customer satisfaction. Gold Partners enjoy enhanced benefits plus access to internal Symantec resources complementing the wealth of available sales and marketing information, tools, and support.

Silver Corporate Reseller Partner (EMEA only)

In addition to meeting the Silver partner requirements, Silver Corporate Reseller Partners work in conjunction with a Symantec Account Manager to increase their revenue from Symantec products and enjoy enhanced benefits. Participation as a Silver Corporate Reseller is by invitation only.

Silver

Symantec Silver Partners have achieved proven success in the marketplace with Symantec solutions. Silver Partners have access to a wealth of benefits designed to build revenue and meet the needs of our mutual customers.

Registered

Symantec Registered Partners are organizations interested in taking the first step to building a relationship with Symantec. The Registered Partner level provides an introduction to the broad array of program benefits and support that Symantec offers to help you build your business.

Distribution

Symantec Distribution Partners distribute most Symantec products, providing added value to authorized resellers. Distribution Partners maintain relationships with authorized resellers of all levels, and provide account support to resellers who do not have a direct relationship with Symantec.

Technical Assistance

The Symantec Authorized Technical Assistance Partner Program (TAPP) is designed to enable our partners to increase their sales growth on key volume products Symantec Backup Exec and Endpoint Security and to deliver improved levels of technical assistance to customers. The Symantec Authorized Technical Assistance Partner Program helps provide greater differentiation for a partner's business and increased revenue opportunities, because every customer interaction is an opportunity to cross-sell and up-sell a partner's full range of products and services.

Technical Support

The Technical Support Partner Program (TSPP) enables qualified Symantec partners to deliver technical support on authorized products. Access to Symantec technical product training, direct access to senior-level technical support engineers and a partner account manager to facilitate Symantec interactions are key features of this program.
