The Symantec Validation and ID Protection (VIP) Authentication Service 9.0: End User Support for Help Desk Personnel course is designed for help desk personnel responsible for supporting VIP on a daily basis. This class describes the types of credentials available and how to obtain them, provides troubleshooting scenarios that may arise in VIP Manager, and introduces functionality in the Self Service Portal needed to support users.
