Thanks to Florida’s “Sunshine Law,” the City of Miami Beach is legally bound to make a reasonable effort to respond to every request for information it receives. In the past, that meant many weeks of work for the city’s IT administrators, who were sometimes unable to comply because a job was simply too big. With Symantec Enterprise Vault™ Discovery Accelerator, however, administrators spend approximately 20 to 25 minutes per request preparing a case and then another 30 to 45 minutes helping City personnel use a remote interface, through which they can review materials on their own.
