Melissa Hathaway, acting senior director for cyberspace for the National and Economic Security Councils, discusses the creation of the Cyberspace Policy Review during the Symantec Government Symposium. Hathaway led the development of the report, delivered on May 29th, which calls for the government to develop new information sharing strategies to support cyber incident response and to establish public-private plans to respond to a widespread cyberattack or digital disaster.
