Search Help
To enter a query, simply type in a few descriptive words and hit the 'search' button for a list of relevant content.
- Choosing the right search terms is the key to finding the information you want. Use specific keywords and avoid general terms. For example, CodeRed produces better results than worm.
- Enter keyword phrases, rather than single words. Generally, more terms will provide a more relevant result set. For example, virus removal tools produces better results than remove.
- To search on an exact phrase, simply put quotation marks around your search terms, such as "virus removal tools". This will generally reduce the number of results returned.
- Capitalization of search terms is ignored. A search for Trojan.ZLOB will return documents containing trojan.zlob, trojan.Zlob, and Trojan.Zlob.
- Searches are performed on the exact terms you entered into the search box; we do not use stemming or wildcard operators.
- If you have too many results, try adding words to your query.
- If you have too few results, try omitting words from your query.
