다음 사항을 참조하여 등록하십시오.

시만텍 교육담당부로 전화(+82 2 559 3981) 또는 이메일 korea_edu@symantec.com 로 연락하십시오.

등록하실 때 귀하의 쿠폰번호를 알려주시고, 강의에 오실 때 반드시 그 쿠폰을 가져오셔야 합니다. 교육 팩 쿠폰은 구입 후 6개월이 지나면 사용하실 수 없습니다. 교육 팩 쿠폰의 뒷면에는 전체 계약조건이 명기되어 있습니다. 시만텍에 대한 귀사의 지속적인 지원에 감사드리며, 향후 도움을 드릴 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다.

Redeem your voucher, serial or certificate number for:

1. Education Training Credits
2. eLearning subscription (eLibrary, Tech Center or Web-Based Training)

바우처 또는 일련 번호가 포함된 Store notification(보유 현황 알림), license(라이센스) 또는 certificate(인증서) 를 준비하십시오. 이러한 일련 번호는 바우처를 사용하고 교육을 받기 위해 입력해야 합니다

Education Training Credits (교육 트레이닝 크레딧)

Training Credit(트레이닝 크레딧)이란?

1. 시만텍 교육 course catalog (코스 카탈로그)에서 필요한 교육 과정을 찾습니다.
2. 원하는 과정, 날짜 및 위치를 확인한 후 해당 아이템에 대한 "Schedule(예약)" 링크를 클릭하여 과정을 장바구니에 담습니다.
3. 로그인 페이지가 나타납니다. 자신의 시만텍 교육 사용자 이름 및 암호를 사용하여 로그인합니다. 시만텍 교육 계정이 없는 경우 "New User(새 사용자)" 링크를 클릭하여 새 계정을 만듭니다.

   참고: Symantec Education 계정은 Symantec.com 또는 Symantec License Portal 계정과 다릅니다.

4. 약관 페이지와 주문 내역을 검토한 후 페이지 오른쪽 아래에 있는 Confirm(확인) 버튼을 클릭합니다.
5. Billing Information(과금 정보) 페이지에서 "Training Credits(트레이닝 크레딧)" 상자를 선택하면 "Training Credits(트레이닝 크레딧)" 필드가 페이지에 표시됩니다.
6. 해당 트레이닝 크레딧 바우처 번호를 입력하고 "Place Order(주문하기)" 버튼을 누릅니다.
7. Order/Redemption Confirmation(주문/사용 등록 내역 확인) 페이지가 나타나고 과정 등록 확인 이메일이 발송됩니다.

eLearning Subscriptions: eLibrary, Tech Center or Web-Based Training

1. Select your eLearning product from the list below.

• Backup Exec Tech Center
• Endpoint Protection Tech Center
• Enterprise Vault Tech Center
• Ghost Solution Suite 2.5 Advanced Skills
• Symantec eLibrary
• Security Awareness Tech Center
• Web-Based Training

2. A login page will appear. Sign in using your Symantec Education username and password.
If you do not have a Symantec Education account, please create a new account by clicking on the "New User" link. The Symantec Education account is different from the Symantec.com or Symantec License Portal accounts

Note: For Web-Based Training you will first see a list of all available courses. Hit the "Schedule" link for your course to access the login page.

3. After the Terms & Conditions page review your order, then click the Confirm button at the bottom right of the page.

4. On the Billing Information page check the "Voucher/Certificate/Serial Number" box, and a "Voucher/Certificate Number" field will appear on the page.

5. Enter your voucher/certificate/serial number, which is located in the middle of the certificate you received (see certificate sample 1 or sample 2) , in the Voucher/Certificate Number field and hit the "Place Order" button.

6. You will see the Order Confirmation page from which you can access your Tech Center or web-based course immediately. You will also receive a redemption confirmation email (see sample email).

To access your eLearning at a later date
Go to http://www.symantec.com/ko/kr/business/training/, click on the Login to My Training link on the right column and login. Once logged in, click on the View My Enrollments link on the left navigation bar and click on the "Launch" link for your course.
