FavesSymantec Corporation (“Symantec”) heeft een programma geïmplementeerd om een netwerk van faciliteiten op te zetten voor geautoriseerde diskreplicatie en -productie, dat wereldwijd kan worden gebruikt voor de fabricage van onze producten. Een faciliteit die legitiem Symantec-producten fabriceert, moet deelnemer zijn van het Authorized Replicator Program van Symantec.
De afdeling Global Brand Protection van Symantec heeft de beste industriepraktijken geïdentificeerd met betrekking tot de bescherming van de intellectuele eigendommen van Symantec. Deze procedures zijn bedoeld om de risico's en het verlies van het bedrijfsbezit van Symantec te minimaliseren.
Als u aan het programma meedoet, weet u zeker dat alle redelijke en gedocumenteerde controles zijn ingezet en worden toegepast door alle replicatie- en productiefaciliteiten van Symantec wereldwijd. Om deel te nemen aan het Authorized Replicator Program van Symantec moet een faciliteit kunnen aantonen dat deze voldoet aan de gedocumenteerde deelname-eisen voor Authorized Replicators. Dit kan een controle van de beveiliging op locatie omvatten, die namens Symantec wordt uitgevoerd. Tot slot omvat deelname aan het Authorized Replicator Program van Symantec het ondertekenen van een Replicatorovereenkomst met Symantec.
