Nothing happens when you click Setup InfoVault in Norton Confidential

Warning: This tool will delete your existing Norton Confidential InfoVault profile and all the data within the profile. After running the tool, you need to create a new InfoVault profile.

1. Start Norton 360
2. Save the file onto the Windows desktop.
3. On the Windows desktop, double-click the NCOProfileReset.exe file.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
