How to turn off outgoing email scanning?

1. Start your Norton program. If Norton AntiVirus is installed as part of Norton Internet Security, then start that program.
2. Click Settings.
3. Under Email & Messaging, click Outgoing Email Scanning.
4. Click Turn Off. If you see a Protection Alert, then on the drop-down list click Permanently, and then click OK.
