To perform the steps, you must be logged on as the Administrator on Windows XP.

Start Norton 360
Click Task and Settings
Click Change Advanced Settings
Click Firewall Protection Settings.
Click Network Location.
If your network gateway address is under Limited location, select it and click the left arrow button to move it to trusted location.
Click Apply.
Click Close.
