Nov 11, 2009 -"You all know PC’s, they do crash & if you didn’t have any back up device of any type you are screwed.
Norton "Web based" Online Backup is real simple to setup & use. You won’t have to worry about loosing any important files no matter the type, word documents, financial, photos, music, videos, email, email contacts & your Internet Favorites. You can add additional folders & files at any time.
It will backup daily all on it’s own, you can set a schedule for it to be done but is not recommended by Norton. It has given me a peace of mind knowing that all that stuff is safe on a responsible & secure online storage. You also have the option of purchasing more storage space when needed. I recommend using Norton Online Backup it is worth the money spent.

I've spent many hours with very nice and helpful Symantec personnel, but it still won't back up the same ~292 files and now won't even connect on one of my two computers, and often takes hours to list files for Restore, if it even makes the list, while at other times it's very quick..
