Download your Norton product

Step 2

Find your product key

1. Go to the Order Status page.
   GO THERE NOW
2. Type your order number and password.
3. Click FIND YOUR ORDER.
4. Write down the product key.
   If you are unable to login to the Order Status page, then you can retrieve the product key from your Norton Account.

   GO THERE NOW

   
   Type your email address and password to sign in. Under Registered Products, click your Norton product that you are re-downloading, and write down the product key.

Step 3

Install your Norton product

1. Double-click the installation file that you have downloaded.
2. Read the License Agreement, type the product key, and then click I Agree.
   
   If you do not click I Agree, you cannot continue with the installation.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
