Updating your Norton product to the latest version
Download and install the latest version of your Norton product
If your Norton product came pre-installed on your computer and is still in its limited subscription period (30 to 90 days), open your Norton product and click Norton Account. Then login to get your product key. Use your product key when installing the updated version of your product.
If your Norton product came from your service provider, please uninstall and reinstall the latest version available from your service provider.

Download the latest version of your Norton product.
Save the file to the Windows desktop.

Once the installation file is downloaded, double-click the file to start the installation.
