I cannot run a specific program after I install Norton 360 Version 3.0
If your Internet-enabled application or device cannot access the Internet after installing Norton 360 Version 3.0, then read the document:

On the Windows desktop, double-click the file.

In the Open File - Security Warning window, click Run.

In the Norton Hotfix window, click Yes.

Accept the license agreement, and click OK.

You may need to restart your computer after running this tool.
