I cannot run a specific program after I install Norton 360 Version 3.0

Download and run the fix tool

Download the fix tool.

Save the file to the Windows desktop.

On the Windows desktop, double-click the file.

In the Open File - Security Warning window, click Run.

In the Norton Hotfix window, click Yes.

Accept the license agreement, and click OK.

Follow the on-screen instructions.

You may need to restart your computer after running this tool.
