Message: "Activation not complete: No response received from the Symantec server" when I activate my Norton 2010 product


Run LiveUpdate

Start your Norton 2010 product.

In the Computer pane, click Run LiveUpdate.

When Norton LiveUpdate is finished, click OK.

Run LiveUpdate until you see the message, "Norton LiveUpdate finished - No updates found".
