Symantec offers online self-help, email, chat and phone support services to help customers resolve issues or answer the questions they may have about Symantec consumer products. Some of these services may require payment of a fee.

Symantec provides customers with easy access to online self-help that contains technical information and answers to commonly asked questions for each product version. Symantec encourages customers to use this resource first as an easy way to find answers to their questions.

Subscription Policy

Symantec allows customers to renew their subscriptions for 36 months following the initial ship date of a product in general. The availability of subscriptions may vary by product and region.
