Symantec Joins HP & American Airlines to Help Increase the Productivity of Traveling Professionals

Cupertino, Calif --August 19, 1998-- Symantec Corporation (Nasdaq: SYMC) today announced that pcANYWHERE, Norton Utilities and Norton AntiVirus will be included in Hewlett-Packard Company's business centers located in all of American Airline's Admirals Clubs in the U.S. With the addition of these award-winning software solutions, traveling professionals' information is virus protected and the business center PCs come supported with comprehensive utilities and troubleshooting tools to ensure a positive user experience.
