ID services from local phone companies, the program tracks who called

integrated with Symantec's ACT! 4.0 contact manager, thus customer
communications can be easily linked into ACT!'s customer record and
history features. Voicemail messages are saved as wave files and can

soon as an important fax arrives. They can even have faxes
automatically forwarded to another fax number or an e-mail address.

accordingly. If a call is manually answered and it turns out to be an
