Symantec Launches Innovative Program to Provide Tech Support Using pcANYWHERE's Remote Control Capabilities

computing, launches an exciting new service, Chat Now! Remote Support.
Symantec customers can receive technical support over the Internet
using the advanced capabilities of pcANYWHERE. A Symantec technician
will use pcANYWHERE to remotely control the user's computer to
troubleshoot and repair installation, configuration, and general
system problems in a fraction of the time traditional telephone
support methods require.
