Norton AntiVirus 2000 provides automatic protection against viruses and other malicious code at all entry points, including e-mail attachments and Internet downloads. The redesigned interface provides users with better explanations of necessary action, reduces system conflicts and allows task-based and fully customized scanning. Additionally, Norton AntiVirus 2000 is the only anti-virus software to combine security enhancing, state-of-the-art technologies with the easiest-to-use automatic updating feature, LiveUpdate. Norton AntiVirus is also an integral component of Symantec's award-winning Norton SystemWorks 2000 utility suite.
