Symantec Security Expert To Speak at Net Focus North America Conference
CUPERTINO, Calif. - June 5, 2001 - Symantec Corp. (Nasdaq: SYMC), a world leader in Internet security, today announced that Stephen Trilling, Symantec's senior director of Advanced Concepts, will address the Net Focus North America conference in Miami, Florida. Net Focus is a high-level management event covering the policies that major organizations need to put in place to protect themselves as they fully embrace the digital age. Trilling's speech - "Weaving Security into the Internet" - is scheduled for Thursday, June 7, 2001, at the Hyatt Regency Miami.
Trilling's talk will focus on key challenges that must be addressed to protect the Internet from today's fast-moving virus threats.
