Continuing Sales Momentum
for ON Technology
IT organizations and service providers
worldwide select ON Command CCM over competitors to
reduce IT infrastructure costs and improve productivity
of remote/mobile employees
Waltham,

(NASDAQ: ONTC), a leading provider of remote software
delivery solutions, today announced a number of customer
wins for its fourth quarter ended December 31, 2000.
During the quarter, a number of

many of the company's new accounts purchased ON Command
CCM to automate their migration to Windows 2000. Service
Provider partners such as Unisys and Siemens also contributed
to revenues by combining value-added management services
