ThedaCare Selects ON Command
for Guaranteed Deployment of Applications and Operating
AON Technology solution chosen
to deploy mission-critical software
and for planned Windows 2000 migration

(NASDAQ: ONTC) today announced that ThedaCare™,
a physician-led community health system, has purchased
ON Command CCM™ to remotely deploy and configure
mission-critical operating systems and applications
on all of their PCs in 35 locations. ON Command CCM
was selected because of its ability to install and personalize
applications with a high rate of deployment success
due to its unique native installation technology. ON
Command CCM is a leading system for managing and configuring
software across corporate networks and the Internet.
The ThedaCare™ community health system includes
the Appleton Medical Center and Theda Clark Medical
Center, two of the "100 Top Hospitals" in
the United States, according to a new study by HCIA,
Inc., the nation's leading healthcare data and information
"ON Command CCM is the only
solution on the market today that delivers unattended
application installation and configuration while leveraging
installation routines that have already been developed
by software vendors," said Keith Livingston, Chief
Information Officer, ThedaCare. "We're replacing
our existing image-based solution with ON Command CCM
so we can eliminate installation and configuration problems
that result in corrupted PCs. ON Command CCM provides
reliable software deployment and also enables us to
remotely personalize applications for physicians, nurses,
and all ThedaCare staff."
Windows 2000 Migration and Broad Range of Applications
ThedaCare will also be using ON Command CCM to automate
their migration from Windows 95 to Windows 2000. In
addition, ON Command CCM will be used to deploy and
configure a broad range of applications including Microsoft
Office, Novell GroupWise Email, Epic Electronic Medical
Record, virus scanning software, and many other applications.
Need to Send Technicians to Remote Sites
ON Command CCM's remote desktop management capability
eliminates the need for technicians to drive to remote
locations to fix corrupted or misconfigured PCs or install
software updates, thus reducing IT costs, improving
IT quality of service, and minimizing user downtime.
Using ON Command CCM, ThedaCare will remotely manage
all of their 35 locations.

system consisting of two hospitals, Appleton Medical
Center and Theda Clark Medical Center, ThedaCare Physicians,
ThedaCare Behavioral Health, ThedaCare Laboratories,
and a Home Care and Senior Services Division including
