ThedaCare Selects ON Command CCM
for Guaranteed Deployment of Applications and Operating Systems

AON Technology solution chosen to deploy mission-critical software
and for planned Windows 2000 migration

Waltham, MA, February 8, 2000 -- ON Technology Corporation (NASDAQ: ONTC) today announced that ThedaCare™, a physician-led community health system, has purchased ON Command CCM™ to remotely deploy and configure mission-critical operating systems and applications on all of their PCs in 35 locations. ON Command CCM was selected because of its ability to install and personalize applications with a high rate of deployment success due to its unique native installation technology. ON Command CCM is a leading system for managing and configuring software across corporate networks and the Internet. The ThedaCare™ community health system includes the Appleton Medical Center and Theda Clark Medical Center, two of the "100 Top Hospitals" in the United States, according to a new study by HCIA, Inc., the nation's leading healthcare data and information company.

"ON Command CCM is the only solution on the market today that delivers unattended application installation and configuration while leveraging installation routines that have already been developed by software vendors," said Keith Livingston, Chief Information Officer, ThedaCare. "We're replacing our existing image-based solution with ON Command CCM so we can eliminate installation and configuration problems that result in corrupted PCs. ON Command CCM provides reliable software deployment and also enables us to remotely personalize applications for physicians, nurses, and all ThedaCare staff."

Supports Windows 2000 Migration and Broad Range of Applications
ThedaCare will also be using ON Command CCM to automate their migration from Windows 95 to Windows 2000. In addition, ON Command CCM will be used to deploy and configure a broad range of applications including Microsoft Office, Novell GroupWise Email, Epic Electronic Medical Record, virus scanning software, and many other applications.

Eliminates Need to Send Technicians to Remote Sites
ON Command CCM's remote desktop management capability eliminates the need for technicians to drive to remote locations to fix corrupted or misconfigured PCs or install software updates, thus reducing IT costs, improving IT quality of service, and minimizing user downtime. Using ON Command CCM, ThedaCare will remotely manage all of their 35 locations.
