Technology to Exhibit Latest Technology at CeBIT 2003
Will Demonstrate Unattended Software Deployment Over
3G Mobile Wireless Networks
with Lucent Technology and HSB-Systemhaus

(March 11, 2003) - ON Technology (NASDAQ:ONTC),
a leading provider of enterprise infrastructure management
solutions, today announced that it will showcase its
latest technology at CeBIT 2003, scheduled for March
12-19 in Hannover, Germany (Hall 3, Stand A25). The
company will be demonstrating the latest version of
its industry-leading management solution, ON Command
CCM V5.4, as well as new technologies for managing Linux
and mobile devices.
ON’s latest mobile management
technology will be highlighted in a live demonstration
of unattended software and content deployment over next-generation
3G cellular wireless networks. The demonstration was
developed by European systems integrator HSB-Systemhaus,
working closely with Lucent Technologies, a leading
vendor of 3G telecom equipment, and ON Technology. Interested

CeBIT is the world’s largest
IT and telecommunications fair. This year’s theme,
