ON Technology Caps Record Growth in 2002 with Recognition
in Boston Business Journal’s Annual Top 150

Mass. (June 10, 2003) - ON Technology,
(Nasdaq:ONTC), a leading provider of enterprise infrastructure
management solutions, has been recognized by the Boston
Business Journal as the 8th Largest Revenue Gainer and
one of the top 150 Massachusetts-based public companies
in 2002. The ranking of public companies is determined
by year-end revenue and compiled annually by the business
publication.
With four consecutive quarters
of record growth, ON Technology closed 2002 with approximately
$35 million in revenue showing a $10.5 million increase
from the previous year. This year’s listing marks
the first time ON Technology has received recognition
in the Boston Business Journal 150.
In addition to being the 8th Largest
Revenue Gainer of the top 150 companies, ON Technology
was also listed as the 27th Largest Net Income Gainer,
37th for Return on Equity, and 74th Largest Net Income.
