PowerQuest Granted Patent for Partitioning Technology

PowerQuest® Corporation, a provider of proven solutions for storage management, announced today that the company was granted its fourth patent on partitioning technology. U.S. Patent No. 6,088,778, which was granted to PowerQuest on July 11, 2000, applies to a method for manipulating disk partitions that aids in the installation of an operating system.
