Deployment solution reduces cost, complexity of upgrading to Windows XP, Windows 2000

OREM, Utah – Nov. 5, 2001 – PowerQuest® Corporation, a provider of proven solutions for storage management, announces the release of PowerQuest DeployCenter™ 5.01, with support for Windows XP and certification in Microsoft’s Designed for Windows Logo Program. DeployCenter (formerly Drive Image® Pro), the central component of the PowerQuest PowerDeploy Suite™, is PowerQuest’s solution to help corporations deploy images, systems and applications efficiently to individual or multiple workstations from anywhere in the world.

DeployCenter 5.01 empowers IT professionals to fully automate the deployment of operating systems like Windows XP, minimize the system resources necessary to perform deployment procedures and minimize administrator involvement. In addition to PowerQuest DeployCenter, other PowerQuest products with support for Windows XP include PartitionMagic® 7.0 and Drive Image® 5.0.
