| Determine the total units required by your customer |
|
| Symantec Mail Security for Exchange is licensed based on the total number of users that will be protected by Symantec Mail Security. If a customer has users with multiple mailboxes they are not charged for those other mailboxes. This method ensures fair pricing for small network customers, while reducing prices for larger customers running multi-server network environments. |

| Qualify your customer within a pricing band |
|
| Based upon the total units to be purchased on a single order, qualify your customer within a band level (A, B, C, etc). If your customer qualifies for F band pricing you may want to consider the Rewards Licensing Program. |
