| Symantec Mail Security for SMTP is licensed based on a Per-User, Per-Year subscription model. Customers purchase a subscription based on the number of employees they want to protect. Unlike traditional Symantec products, Symantec Mail Security for SMTP is not sold on a perpetual license model. This method ensures fair pricing for small network customers, while reducing prices for larger customers running multi-server network environments. |
