Arsys a long-term satisfied customer of NetBackup, extended the relationship to include two NetBackup 5220 Backup Appliances to provide a unified, comprehensive, and scalable backup and restore solution for VMware. Deployed extremely quickly and easily with support from Symantec partner SCC, the NetBackup Appliances have lowered the amount of data backed up by 55 percent, cut the number of failed backup jobs from 20 percent to 4 percent, and introduced agile and streamlined end-user reporting.
