ErgoGroup presents a compelling business case for Symantec NetBackup. Indeed, since this fast-growing Norwegian IT outsourcer made the switch from CA ARCserve to NetBackup one year ago, the company has never looked back. ErgoGroup has increased its backup success rate from below 90 percent to more than 98 percent―a rate of reliability that ensures the company consistently meets its rigorous service level targets and delivers the operating confidence demanded by its outsourcing customers.
