When TDXNet was spun off in 2003 from TDX, an Alaska Native Village corporation, it faced a number of daunting challenges. A Total Operational and Economic Impact (TOEI) analysis by The Alchemy Solutions Group found that Symantec software and AIS professional services have produced tangible business value for TDX. Actual and projected savings totaling $2.6 million from January 2009 through December 2011 were found in increased labor productivity for users and the IT team.
