2. A login page will appear. Sign in using your Symantec Education username and password.
If you do not have a Symantec Education account, please create a new account by clicking on the "New User" link. The Symantec Education account is different from the Symantec.com or Symantec License Portal accounts
Note: For Web-Based Training you will first see a list of all available courses. Hit the "Schedule" link for your course to access the login page.
3. After the Terms & Conditions page review your order, then click the Confirm button at the bottom right of the page.
4. On the Billing Information page check the "Voucher/Certificate/Serial Number" box, and a "Voucher/Certificate Number" field will appear on the page.
5. Enter your voucher/serial/certificate number, which is located in the middle of the certificate you received (see certificate sample 1 or sample 2) , in the Voucher/Certificate Number field and hit the "Place Order" button.
6. You will see the Order Confirmation page from which you can access your Tech Center or web-based course immediately.

sample email).
