Secondary data volume failure

Secondary data volume failure causes the RLINK to be put in the fail state. The Primary stops sending requests to the RLINK, but logging continues on the Primary node. When the failure has been corrected, it can be restored from a backup made earlier using a Secondary checkpoint.
