Symantec Enterprise Security Manager - Modules for Oracle Release 3.0

Description

This release of Symantec Enterprise Security Manager™ Modules for Oracle Databases 3.0 has been enhanced to support installation of the modules on Windows. In addition, a new check has been added in the Oracle Objects module.

Enhancements

This release provides the following enhancements:
  • Support for installation of the modules on Windows 2000 and Windows Server 2003
  • OpenSSL’s 256-bit AES encryption algorithm for encrypting credentials
  • New check in the Oracle Objects module
    • Critical objects
  • Configuration log

Documentation

The updated User’s Guide and Release Notes document all Oracle module enhancements and new features.
