Recommendations

Permit local access for trusted individuals only. Where possible, use restricted environments and restricted shells.

To reduce the likelihood of attacks, allow access to trusted individuals only and implement restricted environments and privileges.

Permit privileged access for trusted individuals only.

Since exploits require code to be run in an authenticated context, grant only trusted users privileged access to affected applications. This will reduce the chance of successful exploits.
