W32.Titog.Worm is a mass-mailing worm that uses Microsoft Outlook and IRC to distribute itself.

The email message has the following characteristics:

Subject: Re: tiny videos
Message: Here is one
Attachment: MVC_546645.mpeg.pif

The worm attempts to delete many files and registry values.
