Also Known As:
TMC-Level69, TMC_6x9, Tmc.5440, TMC.A, TMC, Level-69, TMC.5454
Type:
Virus

The TMC_Level.69 virus infects in the following ways. It first copies itself into memory. During this process, the virus inserts/removes several JUMP instructions and moves parts of the code around, which enables it to present itself in different forms. The virus then changes the address of INT 21 inside the Interrupt Vector Table. This enables the virus to become active whenever a program issues an INT 21 function call. It does not display any message that would allow the user to notice a viral infection. It does not have any known payloads either.
