W97M.Shining.A is a Word 97 macro virus that infects active documents and the NORMAL.DOT template. Menu items that provide access to macros are disabled and Microsoft Word's virus protection feature is turned off. When the current time is between XX:30 and XX:40 a message is displayed by the Office Assistant.
