This program causes a small window in the upper left corner to repeatedly appear with different comments.
To remove the program, select File | List | List Open Files and select nice.opo. Press Control + Shift + E and select Yes when prompted to kill the application. Next in Control Panel, select Add\Remove Programs and remove Nice.
