Netbus.2.Trojan - Removal

Run LiveUpdate to make sure that you have the most recent virus definitions.

1. Start Norton AntiVirus (NAV), and make sure that NAV is configured to scan all files. For instructions on how to do this, read the document How to configure Norton AntiVirus to scan all files.
2. Run a full system scan.
3. Delete all files that are detected as Netbus.2.Trojan.
   

NOTE: If NAV is not able to delete the file because it is in use by Windows, you must restart in Safe mode and run hte scan again. All Windows 32-bit operating systems except Windows NT can be restarted in Safe mode. Read the document for your operating system.
