VBS.Carnival@mm is a mass-mailing worm. When executed, it mails itself to all entries in all Microsoft Outlook address books. The attachment to the email message is the Brazilian_Carnival.JPG.vbs file.
VBS.Carnival@mm, like many other worms, is written in the Visual Basic Scripting language. Because many worms are written in the Visual Basic Scripting language, SARC offers a tool to disable the Windows Scripting Host.
