Gram.ow.4175 is a direct infector that infects .com and .exe files. This virus targets files that are in the same folder as the virus, and in every folder that precedes it in the folder structure, up to and including the root folder. (For example, if the virus is in C:\Windows\System, then it will infect files in C:\Windows\System, C:\Windows and C:\.)
